Husband Cohabitating
We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for yet another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to locate out where he was living
Our client told us that when her husband 1st left he was very sad and apologetic as he felt that right after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t think he loved her any more. He stated he needed time apart and didn't wish to tell her exactly where he was going. He took a huge amount of funds out of their joint bank account which he stated he needed to set himself up in a new place to live.
Although waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid much less money into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was extremely strange behaviour for him and fully out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he might have yet another woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could aid as we had helped her in the past.
We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and found the address he was living at and that there was an additional woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name along with the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just soon after he had left our client.
We were able to offer our client with all of the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that right after the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had almost certainly been getting an affair with this woman for several years. She is now prepared to move on with her new life.
